Dr. Shannon Caramiello, Psy.D

Dr. Shannon Caramiello, Psy.D

Dr Shannon Caramiello is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in neuropsychology. Dr. Shay has worked with a variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. She has a wide range of knowledge surrounding neurologically involved populations, as well as LGBTQ+ patients.
Dr. Melina Scally, Psy.D.

Dr. Melina Scally, Psy.D.

Dr. Melina Scally is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing out of Tarpon Springs, FL. She has worked with individuals aged 10 to 70+ from a diverse range of backgrounds. Her practice works predominantly with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar, and anxiety, as well as relationships, sexuality, addiction, personality disorders and life changes.

Amanda is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working toward full licensure in the state of Florida. Amanda has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, loss, grief, and domestic and sexual violence related trauma.
Dr. Amanda Pinelli, Psy.D

Dr. Amanda Pinelli, Psy.D

Dr. Amanda Pinelli received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University. She is currently pursuing Florida Licensure under the supervision of Dr. Melina Scally. Dr. Pinelli has worked with a diverse population of clients within a range of the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQ+ and the military veteran population. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including private practice, out-patient clinics, college counseling, community mental health and inpatient hospital settings.
Cynthia Caia, LMHC, Doctoral Student Intern

Cynthia Caia, LMHC, Doctoral Student Intern

Cynthia Caia is a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. She works with individuals aged 5 to 60+ on mood and personality disorders, traumas, domestic violence, sexuality, life adjustment, and grief. Involved in advocacy for marginalized populations, she holds master’s degrees in counseling and clinical psychology, and is licensed in Florida and Tennessee. Her experience includes outpatient mental health, crisis evaluations, school-based services, private practice, and non-profits. Cynthia values a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship and tailors therapy to each client's needs.

Dr. Krista Kovatch, MFT, PsyD.

Dr. Krista Kovatch holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and both Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. She is currently working toward Florida Licensure under Dr. Shannon Caramiello. Dr. Kovatch completed a neuropsychology internship at Mount Sinai and post-doctoral training at a private practice. She has expertise in neurodiversity, Autism, childhood development, family dynamics, military populations, and LGBTQ+ patients. Her experience spans inpatient hospitals, community mental health, outpatient clinics, juvenile justice, partial hospital programs, schools, and private practices.

Erin Ferns, MA, Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology

Erin Ferns is a clinical psychology therapy practicum student pursuing a Doctorate (PsyD) at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in helping children and teens with anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Erin believes in a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Her goal is to understand each client's unique experiences and collaborate to achieve their therapy goals for overall mental wellness.
