Zoe Rivero

Zoe Rivero is a clinical psychology practicum student pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University. She has worked in the mental health field since 2019 as a psychometrist, administering and assisting with psychological evaluations across the lifespan. Through this experience, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a wide range of presenting concerns.

Zoe's therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with treatment tailored to each client's unique needs. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. Her goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight into their experiences, and work toward meaningful change.

Zoe enjoys working with clients of all ages and has particular interests in anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and life transitions. She also enjoys working with individuals exploring LGBTQ+ and gender identity concerns and is committed to creating an affirming and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time on the water, scuba diving, and spending time with her three dogs.
